PC freezes and crashes

when i play games like overwatch, gta 5, dark souls 3.Basically heavy duty games. My pc tends to freeze.
Sometimes I get blue screen.
The codes were
1. stop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION what failed :win32kfull.sys
2. stop code: IRAL NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
3.stop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION



My specs are:

OS: Windows 10 Pro
CPU: AMD FX 8350
PSU: CORSAIR HXi Series HX1000i 1000W 80 PLUS PLATINUM
GPU(primary): MSI Radeon R9 390 8GB
Mobo: Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0
watercooler: CORSAIR Hydro Series H60 (CW-9060007-WW) High Performance Water / Liquid CPU Cooler. 120mm

Just got another blue screen

code was CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

was just watching youtube videos and playing league of legends when this happen
