Question PC freezes and on reboot cannot detect SSD

Specs are:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
16.0 GB RAM
PSU Corsair CV650 650W Power Supply, 80PLUS Bronze,
ADATA XPG SX6000 Pro M.2 SSD 512 GB

I was browsing YouTube when suddenly my PC froze and wouldn't respond to anything. I could move the mouse but my PC was completely unresponsive to clicks, keyboard commands or the power button. After pressing the reset button it instantly loaded into BIOS and couldn't find a bootable device.

This is the 4th time it's happened in 2 days and I'm not sure what causes it or what any possible solutions are. Is it a hardware or software issue?

Just to get started reseat the m.2.

How are you able to get the pc to boot again if it can find a bootable device?

I'm not sure why but after I press save and exit it will load up as if nothing happened.

Did you reseat the m.2?

By reseat do you mean take it out and put it back in? Also how do i check how hot it's getting?

Yes take it out and put it back in the slot and make sure it all the way in the slot.

Crystal disk info can monitor the ssd temp.
