PC freezes and reboots itself while on idle.

I am having this problem for quite a while now. I had random freezing and auto reboot problems while gaming or on idle..after windows & drivers update I dont have any issues while gaming now (I have played FarCry5 and Watchdogs 2 for 2/3 hours or more). But whenever my PC is on idle it freezes and reboot itself. Here is my config:

OS: Windows 10 (1803)
Processor: Core i5 3470 3.2 ghz (Turbo boost off)
Mobo: Asus H61m-c
Ram: (4gb+4gb) DDR3 1333mhz
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
GPU: Zotac 750ti DDR5 2GB
PSU: Corsair VS450 (bought this recently)
UPS: 650VA

(PS: I have voltage instability issue in my home is it the problem??)

Check windows event viewer, and post the results. Also, try and take a picture of your BIOS settings, and do the same.

I finally figured it out after trying alot of stuffs...it was one of my bad ram stick...to make sure I kept my pc on idle with one ram stick at a time...it restarted with the faulty one after 2/3hours on idle...so I took that out Now its completely fine.
