My pc was not turning on, so i try turning on outside the case, and it works, so i try to put it back to the case. After rebuilding it, my PC turn on normally but, without a graphics card. When i plug my graphics card, my pc turn on but suddenly freezes when it boot once to windows and it won't turn on again. So i tried to do the same thing i did before, but it won't work. I try changing the PSU but it didn't work, i try changing my ram it didn't work, changing my hard drive it didn't work, and my HDD Led turn on once when i click the power button but it didn't turn on again after waiting for 10 minutes.

My specs :

Gigabyte M61PME-S2P
AMD Athlon II X2 250
2GB×2 DDR2 667mhz
GT730 2GB DDR3
Kingston 120GB SSD
Seagate 250GB HDD
500Watt PSU

Windows edition/version?

What make and model(s) PSU (original and replacement) Wattage, age, condition?

Disk drives: How full? Is the Kingston 120 GB drive the boot drive?

Make and model case?

Windows 10 64bit 1903

i use the casing PSU, of course the old model PSU with 500watts and i buy it around 9 months ago

the case i think it's a dazumba d-vito

and yes, i use the kingston 120gb for the boot and still have space around 15-20gigs

Take a very close look at how everything is put together.

If it works out of the case but fails when assembled then metal is touching metal somewhere.

Look for bare conductor showing, a wire that is pinched or kinked, a loose wire, check around the I/O Panel, inspect all plugs and ports. Standoffs, brackets, etc.. Nothing bent or touching.

Use a bright flashlight and a magnifying glass to help.

i've checked it, and it seems normal, and i try to change the cpu, change the case, bought a new PSU and there is no signal. It's clear that the motherboard is dead

This:

"so i try turning on outside the case, and it works".

[My underline.]

If that is truly the situation and barring that I have not missed or misunderstood something then the motherboard is not dead.

In any case it is your call regarding when to stop troubleshooting and go forward with another motherboard.

the motherboard was not dead, but when i put it in the case, its dead, and i try turn it on again outside the case it wont turn on, and the motherboard buzzer/speaker won't beep at all.
