Question PC freezes at GPU boost clock

So i recently upgraded my PC and added an EK Custom watercooling loop and since than im having the problem that my PC freezes when the the GPU starts to overclock. I did some troubleshooting and found out that it freezes when the GPU tries to go over a core clockspeed of 1900mhz. Has someone had the same problem and knows how to fix it?

My Specs:
CPU: i7-8086k
GPU:Nvidia RTX 2080ti Founders edtion
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix z390-f
Ram: 16 GB 3200mhz Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo
HDD: Barracuda Pro 4TB
PSU: Seasonic Prime 650W Ultra Titanium

What brand is your video card? The standard boost clock for a 2080 ti fe is 1635. I am sure trying an overclock of 1900 would fail.

It is a 2080ti Founders I didn’t overclock it and it still sometimes manages to even go over 2000 MHz. I noticed that because when I tried to play Rainbow 6 my Pc just froze. So I opened up MSI Afterburner while starting it again and it sometimes even showed 2050 MHz.
