Question PC Freezes at motherboard screen

Hi everybody,
I got unusual problem and couldn’t find answer anywhere so last resort is to come and try seek help here.

My pc after pressing the button shuts itself right away and like reset itself or something then it boots and goes to motherboard screen and stays there until i switch it off.

Just so you know I tryed all the combinations of pluging and unpluging unnecessary stuff. Reseting bios didn’t help either.
Can’t get into a bios and anywhere else although keyboard is lighted up so it works.
About a year ago one slot for ram was gone so I’m only left with 1. Considering getting new motherboard but just want to make sure it is motherboard that needs replacing.

I would suggest you to try swiching ram in those 2 slots (if you have 2 sticks just combine leaving 1 in either slot).
After switching slot , do Clear cmos just in case.
Yeah it happens to me also with my Z97 motherboard from Asus.

Yes 1 slot seems to be faulty as when i put 1 ram in there it makes a noise like no ram detected. So i keep only 1 ram in the working slot. Anyway Thank you for an answer
