Question PC freezes, audio keeps playing, cant tab, have to force shutdown ?

Hi, I have had this trouble for quite a while now.
When I was playing apex legends sometimes my pc would literally be frozen, cant alt tab, shut down or anything. But the audio is still here and fine, I've read through lots of posts and videos. Updated my bios and installed chipset driver, my temperature for GPU and CPU are not the issue they are perfectly fine. Please can anyone help me out with this issue, I have forced shut down my pc so many times I feel like it's hurting my pc.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Motherboard: B450 Tomahawk Max
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
Power Supply: Rosewill Hive Series 650W Modular Gaming Power Supply

i have the same problem here unfortunately i didnt find a final answer yet although i saw someone from an older post saying that it might be a GPU problem also did you try using DDU ?

I have just reinstalled my driver, try that might help. Still at the moment pc is doing fine! Also my gpu fan was never running so that might be the reason, try msi burner and change your fanspeed might help!
