PC Freezes but background sounds are still playing

I have been having a problem recently regarding my pc. While doing anykind of work, watching a video, playing or even turning on the pc, it would suddenly freeze, I have tried various solutions but none seem to work. This are the solutions that I have tried:

(Overheating) Have runned benchmarks and my GPU would not go higher than 75C while gaming and 53C while browsing and watching videos and regarding the CPU It is at 64C while gaming and around 46 - 50 while doing normal browsing.

I have already installed new graphics card drivers

I have updated the BIOS

I have completely reset my computer

My PC Specs are:

Intel Core i7 7700
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 WINDFORCE OC 3G
Gigabyte Gaming B8 Motherboard
G.SKILL RIPJAWS 16G DDR4
Corsair CX650M Power Supply 650 Watt

just out of curiosity was this an HDD/SSD from an old system? same OS from the old system?

I have a Western Digital Blue of 2 Terabytes, 5400 RPM, 64 MB Caché, SATA III (6 Gb/s). I am running normal windows 10.
