I just bought a new pc for about 5 to 6 months old and everything was fine but suddenly from few days I saw fps drops in valorant.I reset my pc but it didn't fixed and today I was playing valorant and i minimised my game and opened twitch on chrome and as soon as i opened a stream, the stream froze with my entire pc,I was able to hear in-game sound, voice chat but nothing else was working even CTRL+ALT+DEL wasn't working i then hold my power button for 10sec and then my pc was back normal,I ran Cinebench and i got 10675 score on multi core which was 780 lower than that on Cinebench site. Please someone help me everything on my pc is new.Is my cpu damaged or something.I am really worried about my processor. My specs are:
B550 tuf gaming plus motherboard
Ryzen 5 5600X
Corsair 3600 MHz Ram.

And can you please tell about the cinebenchr23 score which was about 700 lower than on cinebenchr23 site
Cinebench scores will vary from one identical system to another, so don't worry to much about ~700 pts. Most likely the score you saw there is from a system with better cooling capabilities than yours, and thus the CPU can boost longer and higher.

Having mismatching RAM (dimms) can also add to that discrepancy in Cinebech results.

Things to look foward:

  1. RAM mismatching
  2. CPU and GPU temps while idle and under load.
  3. PSU brand, model and age.
  4. Old Windows installation? (I do not know if thats the case here)
  5. Old or missing drivers, its always important to keep drivers up to date. This include the GPU of course, but also the chipset (B550) drivers for the motherboard, which can be downloaded from AMD website in your case.

Finally when you Ask a question and/or ask for help, include the most important information, for example:

  1. Whats the issue?
  2. Full system specs, including brand and model of: CPU, Motherboard, RAM, GPU, HDD/SDD, PSU, cpu Cooler, Case (this last one if you ask for cooling and airflow advices).
  3. How old is your Windows installation.
  4. Are Windows and Drivers up to date?
  5. Any other issue that you may think is not a big deal could be really important.
  6. Step you followed to fix the issue, everything you have already done.
  7. Pictures.
  8. Important data: for example: CPU and GPU temps on idle and under load. (idle is doing nothing for at least 15mins - not even moving the mouse)
  9. How hot or cold is your place.
  10. How skillful are you for fixing PC related stuff, software and hardware (we may get a first impression of thiswhen reading your post, but its best for you to share this with us).

As said above, mixed RAM would be a likeky cause of issues here.

You don't need to worry that much about some benchmark score per se and see what's really holding your system back. I would say that RAM mismatch isn't helping the system.
