I OC'd my CPU and GPU which one would be the cause? I'm pretty sure its the CPU but I just wanted to double-check. I have removed the overclock on both and the problem seems to be going away.
Thanks in advance

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
R5 1600 @4 GHz and 1.475 volts, Gigabyte B450 mobo, 16 GB of corsair vengeance (not running dual channel), RX 570 maxed power and temp limits no change to the voltage 1400 MHz on the core clock and 1900 MHz on the memory clock, an 80 plus 500W Thermaltake PSU, I also have a hyper T2 cooler and 4 case fans installed.

Thanks for replying

I'm not an expert on Ryzen or anything, but 1.475v seems extremely high. Like into the damage range.

Umm yeah. Ryzens can handle upto 1.5v with very low current use, basically nothing more complex than websurfing. At high current use, it's down to 1.325v and even that is questionable as it depends on how much current is actually pulled. For a simple 4GHz OC, should be down in the 1.2v ish range.

HyperT2 is actually worse than the stock cooler. Lower wattage capacity.

80+ 500w TT psu?

Between the OC voltages, the cooler choice, the single 16Gb stick and the abysmal TT psu, I just gotta ask, I'm sorry, but do you not like the pc so much you are intentionally trying to undermine its potential or burn it up?
