Question PC freezes - can‘t turn off at all

Hello guys,
I can’t find enything like it here so I just wanted to ask if anyone has encountered this problem:

My PC randomly freezes. And by freezing I mean everything stops working, peripherals disconnect but the picture is still shown.
In this state I can’t turn the pc off, neither by pressing the power button on the case nor by pressing the button on the mainboard. Usually the powerdraw while freezing is around 300W.
The reset button results in a black screen and 100W power draw but nothing more (no boot or functionality of any button). Also the Mainboard Error Code doesn’t help as it is 9E as in normal usage.
Can anyone help me out here?

My PC specs are:
Windows 11 Pro
Ryzen 5950X - Watercooled with AiO
ASUS Crosshair VIII Dark Hero
GSKILL Trident Z Neo 64gb (4x16) 3200 CL14
2x Asus Strix GTX 1080ti SLI
Asus Thor1600W PSU

The power supply is new, and didn’t fix the error.

If some information is missing, please tell me so I can provide more.
Thank you very very much in advance!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Can you check and see what BIOS version you're on for your motherboard? Do you have issues when working with one discrete GPU? If the issue is the same regardless of one or two GPU's, try and use DDU to uninstall all your GPU drivers(non-Nvidia as well) and then manually reinstall with the latest Nvidia drivers sourced from their support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Thank you for the welcome!

My BIOS Version is 4201 (which should be the latest one).

I already reinstalled my Graphics drivers and tried everything with a single GPU (I tried both of them) but the problem still exists.
