PC Freezes during Tera Online gameplay

Tera has been crashing my PC completely during gameplay randomly. There is no blue screen or error the PC just has a blank or white screen and the sound just starts buzzing. I have disabled the audio peripherals in the BIOS and this seems to have resolved the issue but now I do not know where to go to fix it. What is my next step? (i now have no sound at all)
