PC Freezes for 2-3 seconds the its fine for another 10 minutes when the cycle is repeated

Alright, I built my pc about a month ago. And I'm not sure when, but it started freezing for a second then its fine for another 10 minutes, when it does the same again. I is especial a huge issue when I'm playing VR. Freezes for a sec and then it stops. I really don't know what to do and its driving me insane.

I7 7800k
corsair HXi 1000watt
2x ASUS ROG STRIX gtx 1080ti
seagate ironwolf 10tb hardrive
samsung 960 evo series 500gb nvme m.2 ssd
32 gigs of G skill trident z rgb at 3200mhz
nzxt kraken x62 aio

I was wondering if you already tried updating the graphics driver?

You can also try Defragmenting Your Hard Drive to fix the issue.

My hard drive is drefragged and my graphics drivers are updated but the problem persists....

Can you please try rolling back the graphics driver to its previous built? Sometime the most updated version of the drivers cause trouble.

You can also try scanning your PC with an anti-virus program, and running any free PC optimization tool such as Ccleaner or Ashampoo WinOptimizer.

I cleaned up my pc with avast and i also reverted to a previous nvidia driver. the problem still happens
