My pc freezes when i play "Rise of the Tomb Raider" for like 3-5 seconds then keeps going like nothing happened. This happens especially when i enter a new area of the map. I tried somethings but it didn't solve my problem. This happened in Nier:Automata when i come across a new area where i didn't visit before but not like in tomb raider. It doesn't freze but fps drops then it's normal again. What might be the cause? Thank you.
My PC:

SSD: Samsung EVO 870 Sata (where the game is loaded ) (I had WD Blue 1tb before that problem occured. I changed it to SSD but the problem continues)
GPU:Asus ROG Strix RTX 2080TI
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 850 watt 80plus
OS: Windows 10 64-bit updated
In game (Rise of the Tomb Raider) CPU: 60-70 C temp
GPU:70-75 C temp
FPS: 110-150
All of my system is up to date except bios.
Bought CC Cleaner just for the problem. Corrected all registry. But the problem continues.
I updated my bios but problem is still there.
