PC freezes for a few seconds with buzzing sound when

Hey guys
I Have Problem
My PC freezes for a few seconds with buzzing sound when i playing something.
My Coumpuer:
i5 3570K
Noctua NH-D14
Asus P8Z77-V DELUXE
GIGABYTE GTX 670 WindForce 2GB

Sounds like a coil whine, would see if you have or could borrow a different PSU, if same might be GPU or mobo problem
