Hello so I'll be playing a game and I'll randomly freeze. The audio will keep going but the PC will be completely Frozen and ill have to hit the restart button on my case. I did a ram test it said no problems. I even started a thread on the Microsoft community...
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-other_settings/event-10016-distributedcom-freeze/2cb42063-3991-48bc-b090-89b7fd7d1278
Look at the thread that will be what the guy says. He said it was a Ethernet driver so i uninstalled and reinstalled but it still freezes.
any suggestions?

1) Do you monitor your CPU or GPU temp with software? like either from AMD or MSI afterburner.
2) Did you get other error(s) except the DistributedCOM error?
3) Try use DDU to unstall the gpu driver in safe mode, then reinstall the driver again. DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
4) Also the update the AMD chipset driver too. https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064
5) Do you oc the CPU or RAM? if yes, try go back to the base frequency.

1. I don't monitor my cpu or gpu temp but i do have msi afterburner
2. I do sometimes it will say unresolved ip address, if i get the error again i will show you.
3. I'll try that soon when i get some free time.
4. I just updated my chipset driver to the latest
5. I do not over clock my cpu or ram.

Ignore what i last said that is the normal temp it should be in Fahrenheit. The temps i was getting while playing a right before it froze on me was 60 degrees Celsius that was my GPU and my CPU was 45 degrees C. So i don't think I have a temp issue.

1. The temps are fine there average
2. I did get ...

The system detected an address conflict for IP address 0.0.0.0 with the system having network hardware address D8-EB-97-A8-22-34. Network operations on this system may be disrupted as a result.

that was a another error also...

DCOM got error "1084" attempting to start the service dps with arguments "Unavailable" in order to run the server:
{DDCFD26B-FEED-44CD-B71D-79487D2E5E5A}

3. I did uninstall the GPU drivers with DDU in safe mode but it didn't let me download them in safe mode so I downloaded it with out safe mode.

4. I did update my chipset drivers. It is up to date.

5. I do not OC my CPU or RAM they should be at stock speed.
So far my pc is still freezing. What do you think I can do to fix my PC?

Try this method to see you can solve the diagnostics policy service (dps) and the network problem.

If you still have problem, recommend to clean reinstall the window OS.

I did a clean reinstall and it still froze but this time I heard beeping.
I don't know how many beeps my pc did but it beeped. Any suggestions what's happening,
I was searching PC crashes and I found a video that sounds exactly the same as mine just mine doesn't go black mine stays on the frame that it froze on and plays that sound.

I think it was ether 10 or 8 beeps know when it freezes I don't get any noise. Any way I just put my gtx950 in I'm going to try it out it would really suck if it was the GPU because of the mining craze going on.
