Hello. I have bought a prebuilt computer a week ago, and I've been getting some random and quite rare, but annoying black screens, also the PC becomes unresponsive so I have to shut it down on power button. Note that this only happens when I'm playing games. It can happen in any game from Minecraft to Doom Eternal
. Here are my specs:

CPU: Intel i5 4570
GPU: AMD RX 560 4GB
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600mhz single channel
Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard 1998
PSU: 500w, can't remember which one exactly
HDD: 1TB
SSD: 240 GB
Windows: 11
1080p

I have been looking through internet for the solution and tried everything I found, but no help. I installed MSI Afterburner too check if it's overheating, CPU is on average at 55-60C and GPU at 60C on average at 100% usage so this is completely fine. I have tested my PC through UserBenchmark, everything is working normally. Tested my RAM, no errors found. PSU isn't an issue since I can play for hours at 100% GPU usage without overheating or FPS drop and also I have tested games on both SSD and HDD. I reinstalled my GPU driver and updated my BIOS to the latest, didn't help. Could it be my motherboard? Also, is it possible that Netframework is conflicting with my VGA driver?
This issue rarely happens, like I can play for hours sometimes and sometimes it happens in half an hour... I have also noticed that my screen blinks green color, also very rare and I can barely catch it since it blinks very fast.
