Question PC Freezes, No BSOD

My computer will just freeze and not respond to any input. It will not blue screen and just sits frozen until I restart it. I had the issue of frequent blue screens before, but I wiped my SSD and fresh installed windows, and now this happens.

CPU: Intel Core i9 9900K @ 3.60GHz
GPU: GeForce RTX 2070
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB
Motherboard: ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4-CB

PSU make, model and age?
Have you checked temps?

Temps are fine, don't get too high even when gaming.

could be your nVidia driver ? could be
