Question pc freeze's often

Hi, Sorry if this is poorly written but it is my first post here.
Basically I have a system that freezes on average about once a day... I have some functionality like being able to close my browser and small things but stuff like being able to save any work I have open won't work and spotify will stop playing and things like that.
Icue also freezes and switches to hardware mode
I believe it may be my harddrive as crystal disk lists it as 'caution' and it is relatively old

if there are issue with the old hdd. replace it. get a ssd

My full system specs are
Ryzen 7 5800x
B550-f gaming wifi
3060ti
32 gb of corsair vengeance
1 tb 970 evo plus (as main boot drive)
then the hard drive in question... i know its older than the rest but its from my pc before this.

after replacing the harddrive the issue still happens....

ram/ssd usage?
malware scan the system?
latest motherboard bios/chipset driver?
power profile set as performance?

cpu and gpu temps good
it could possibly be ram usage... im in cs so when im doin work i usually have quite a few things open
I had one virus detected
and im good on everything else too
