PC Freezes on boot up

so yesterday randomly my pc froze and when i tried to start it up again it will boot up until it gets to the Spinning dots and it will freeze there and i can't get past that. i have no idea what to do or what might be causing it.

Any help?

If it is overclocked set everything back to stock. Do you have the latest Bios update for your motherboard? What are your system specs?

it isnt overclocked, i think so ? how do i check? my specs are amd 8350fx, gtx 750, 8g ram, and my motherboard is 990fxa-ud3 R5

If you didn't do it then it isn't. Booting to safe mode? Does that work? Or try one stick of RAM, or a different stick if you only have one 8GB stick instead of two 4GB sticks.
