Pc freezes, keyboard do not respond (caps light do not turn on/off) changed other ram and psu also reinstalled w10 +fully updated all drivers and problem still persists and in event log i always get critical kernel power 41 (63). Please help

Specs:
Mobo: msi 970 gaming
Cpu: fx 6350
Gpu: msi r9 380 gaming 4gb
Ram: corsair vengeance ddr3 8gb
Hdd: toshiba 1tb

You may need to test each part to find the cause. Could be anything from PSU dropping voltage to memory damage. I suggest removing all drives and see if the bios freezes. Then try another video card and RAM. If you have another know working system I suggest you swap parts around and test.

Hello, i tested psu and rams they are okay, also i noticed even pc is freezed it still managed to download something in task manager>performance>open recource monitor>network>svchost(netsvcs) when i check ping which is high with other pc while desktop pc is freezed and then power off it and ping dissappears. However im unable to get other gpu to test it

With the drives disconnected only the motherboard, CPU, and video card would be left at fault. You may first what to bread bag test the system. unbolt the motherboard from the case leaving everything connects. Set the motherboard on the motherboard box and test. This tests if the motherboard is grounding on the case.

Hello thanks for replay but even when mobo cpu and gpu are put on static bag it still freeze or random restarts, tried new sata cable and same problem, also when screen blacks out with no sygnal on monitor hdd light still flashes

Try changing power settings in control panel. Change it from balanced to performance.

Try testing your PC in another part of the house. Could be a house wireing issue pulling to much power off a single breaker. If your overclocking please set it back to default for testing.

Update all drives and I suggest uninstalling adoby flash and reinstall. Also try another browser to watch video's. If you need a list of what to update download driver booster which will scan your system and suggest updates.

If these steps dont work test your HD using HDtune for errors. Dont check quick scan as it doens't catch everything.

What PSU are you using?

Does the PC shutdown in bios? If not you may try updating the bios.
