Question pc freezes randomly or resets after 3hours of use average and stuck at bios screen or it boots into bios

hey guys,
i have gigabyte aorus gaming k3 mobo an i5 8600 cpu hyperx black 16gb ram and an thermaltake psu with the rgb fan 600w an patriot ssd and an barracuda 2tb
Randomly my pc freezes and when i reset it has a red light on the mobo and it is for bios and its stuck and if i wait it boots into bios and sometimes randomly resets
any ideas?
