Let's start with saying sorry for my bad english, it is not my first language.

So I have a problem since I got new components.
While I play games out of the blue my pc completely freezes at random moments, sometimes not for days and sometimes after an hour gaming.

Strange thing it happens only to Witcher 3 so far, Not overwatch or total war: warhammer.

My current setup is:

OS:: Windows 10 pro (clean install)
Mobo: Asus Z170-A (bios 1702)
CPU: i6700K
GPU: Sapphire NITRO R9 380X 4G D5 (driver v16.5.3)
Case: Cooler Master Silencio 452
HD: SSD 850 EVO (programs+windows)
HD2: Samsung HDJ103SJ (data)
Ram: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2x8GB @2400mhz DDR4
PSU:Cooler Master GX-Lite 600W

I have no clue what the problem is, I played the same game only on a DDR3 AMD setup and never had this issue

I already did memtest 86 and got no errors.

Temps are, while gaming:
CPU ~45C (113F)
GPU 58-72C (136F-161F) (fully loaded)

Idle
CPU 28C [82F]
GPU ~30C [86F]

Voltages are set to auto in Bios.

Anyone has an Idea what the problem can be or how I fix it?

Solution
1) Check the +3.3V, +5V, and +12V in the BIOS, may read the manual to see where you can read those voltage, maybe in the hardware monitor or something like that.
Also the voltage tolerances http://pcsupport.about.com/od/insidethepc/a/power-supply-voltage-tolerance.htm

2) May test the RAM one by one with MemTest86 http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm

3) If you used other GPU before you updated to 380x, try use DDU to uninstall the GPU drivers, then reinstall the driver.
DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Because the cpu/gpu overheat, PSU, RAM, or GPU driver problem will cause the Pc freezes randomly during the game.

Hello. I created this account in order to express my gratitude. Tip 3, uninstalling the GPU drivers and then reinstalling the drivers again worked for me, FINALLY!!!.

I tried everyting, clean windows install, updating my bios (only to have it not being able to detect my harddrive which caused some headache to sort out), benchmarks, memtest etc... etc... (plus a lot more different methods) Nothing worked. Except this tip right here, tip number 3). Thank you Cin19 :) I love you
