Hi all,
I have had this issue now for quite a while. Randomly, my computer will just freeze and I have to push the power button to restart the whole computer. I keep checking the event viewer but can only see the Event 41 Kernel-Power critical error. I have copied the XML view if it is of any use:

I downgraded my AMD graphic drivers to 17.12.1, believing that was the issue but it still freezes. I use Speccy to monitor my temperatures of all the components and they don't seem to be exceeding normal temperatures. I checked the memory on boot and that came back with no errors. I have checked my three disk drivers for errors but could not see any.
The freezes seem to happen at random times. They don't happen while gaming but seem to happen while on the desktop such as on the web, Netflix etc. I am just hoping it isn't anything that is severely damaged or needs replacing.
Any and all help is appreciated.
Thanks you lot!
