Pc freezes randomly

I got this pc (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0746NKKVL/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1516637194&sr=8-4&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=gaming+pc+1050&dpPl=1&dpID=51%2BfmaWJkyL&ref=plSrch) about a month ago and I’ve been getting random freezes. The mouse is unmovable and the keyboard doesn’t work. Whatever is displayed on screen is frozen and audio stops. It usually freezes on desktop or web browsing. I’ve never had it freeze on me while gaming, but it could be because I don’t play long enough to get them. I have no clue on how to solve this.

it is under warranty ask for a repair .
