Question PC Freezes Randomly

I built my PC and had it for a about month now, but sometimes it will randomly freeze? I can tell when my case fans turn RGB since I keep them on basic white. The PC stays on but I can't do or click on anything besides move the mouse.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
MSI B550 Gaming Edge WiFi
GigaByte RX 5600 XT
Corsair LPX 16gb 3600 mhz
EVGA SuperNova 750w 80+ Gold

Part of your issue maybe your running 3200 ram at 2133. Since turbo is on and a form of oc I would set it one speed step lower then 3200 in bios memory frequency

so should I set it at 3200 in bios?

there was only the option for xmp profile 1 which was 3200 so I set it to that and it still freezes

please help it keeps on freezing and I keep having to restart my computer. I can tell when it freezes because my case fans start changing colors instead of the color I set it on and I can't use anything except move my mouse.
