Question PC freezes, requires hard reset

I've had the pc for about 3 years, but the problems started about a year ago. While playing games, the computer freezes for seemingly no reason. I could play without a problem for 3 hours, but then the next day a freeze appears only 10 minutes into a game. I've tried a clean install of windows, but that doesn't really solve the problems.
Specs: Win 10 64-bit
Intel Core i5 7400 3.00 GHZ
1 x 16 GB DDR4
ASRock H110M-DGS R3.0
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

Audio, mouse and kb leds are still active for some reason. Could the psu be faulty?

I don't know much about it myself, since the pc is prebuilt, but I know that it is quite used in my country and it goes for about 25 bucks here.
