So my pc, is 4-5 year old now, and i get random pc freezes, i dont know what it is. I had 16gb ram, with 2 sticks, i try both indivualy, and one was having tourble with the diagnostic memory tool in windows, so now i have 8gb ram, with the no problematic module. No freezes for a few days, and boom another freeze, and now are more frequently. I dont think is the graphic card, i bought it when bf1 came out, and i didnt have any bsod since i bought it; when my pc freezes, i cant do anything, just force it to shutdown.

What should i do?, maybe is the mobo, maybe is not. I dont know what to test, my cheaper option is changing the power supply.

I dont have anything overclocked, just default bios settings, and all power saving stuff disabled.

Solution
Board is a poor match for a 125W CPU , GETS VERY HOT and can become unstable!

* For cooling the CPU and its surrounding components, please install a CPU cooler with a top-down blowing design.
That's why they have this warning for 125W CPU's.

You can also run memtest for the memory and check health of HDD.
