Question PC freezes strangely

Salve, sto assemblando il mio pc da circa due settimane
Il pc si monta
Mb Asus Rog b550f
Ram Corsair vendetta rgn pro 2 x8gb 3200hz
CPU e Ryzen 7 3700x
Asus Rog rtx 2060 super GPU
Deepcol castel 240 rgb V2
Alimentatore Corsair rm650x
Kingston a2000 SSD
vi spiego il problema accendo il pc e fin qui tutto ok poi sono sul desktop e tutto ok dopo circa UN'ora si è bloccato ma in un blocco parziale il cursore si muove posso tornare al desktop ma non riesco a chiudere ne aprire niente ne spegnere il pc quindi devo riavviarlo con la chiave fisica del case ieri l'ho usato per 3 ore si crom ecc e non è successo niente gioco a assassin's creed valalla per 2 ore e niente Apro Netflix vedo film e si blocca con lo stesso problema e l'rgb della custodia si blocca e cambia colore quindi il problema non si manifesta nel gioco ma quando apro Netflix e sto usando il pc normalmente quando lo riavvio tutto bene

I'll explain the problem, I turn on the pc and so far everything is fine then I'm on the desktop and everything is ok after about ONE hour it froze but in a partial block THE cursor moves I can go back to the desktop but I can't close or open anything nor turn off the pc so I have to restart it with the physical key of the case yesterday I used it for 3 hours yes crom ETC and nothing happened I play assassin's creed valalla for 2 hours and nothing I open Netflix I see movies and it crashes with the same problem and The rgb of the case freezes and changes color so the problem does not manifest itself in game but when I open Netflix and I am using the pc normally when I restart it all right
