Question Pc freezes, then black screen for a few seconds + noise, then restarts

Hi, I don't know why my pc randomly freezes then restarts;
my specs here:

OS: Win10 (1909build)
GPU: nvidia 1660
RAM: 16GB
CPU: i7-4820K 3.70GHz
PSU: Alienware Aurora : Matte Black 875W Chassis

(dunno if it's overheating but using HWMonitor I see: +3.3V = 3.280V (max) and 3.264(min) // +5V 3.405(min) and 3.447V(max) //+12V = 14.960(min) and 14.960 (max) )
In event viewer I see event id 161 volmgr

In HWMonitor you should see the temps as well.
