Question Pc freezes then crashes. Help please

I recently got a pc and sometimes it goes black and freezes. Whenever that happens I have to hard reset my pc. Is there a way to fix this?
my specs are that i know of( im new into all this pc stuff) Sometimes it flickers off then comes back after a bit. i would really appreciate some help. This has been going on for almost a year and friends had no clue whats wrong

From the first read on your specs, I see your RAM is running on 2400 mhz, which is low for a Ryzen processor.
Your PSU is Evga 450W but does it have any standard? 80+ Bronze maybe?
This could be a reason, because rx580 is pretty power hungry card. Can you run userbenchmark and post the results here for us please?

i had to remove the ssd because it was faulty
