Ever since I've upgraded some PC parts, I've started to run into seemingly random crashes. The PC crashes any time whether it's simply browsing the web or playing games like Valorant.

When it freezes:
-Audio also freezes for a few seconds
-RGB turns off
-DRAM, VGA and BOOT lights turn on

After it restarts:
-VGA and BOOT lights turn on

PC Specs:
OS- Windows 10
CPU- AMD Ryzen 5600X
MOBO- MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI
RAM- Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
GPU- Nvidia 3070 ASUS TUF Gaming
PSU- Seasonic FOCUS GX-750

Not so sure what to do as I don't really want to accidentally damage any parts so I would appreciate any help or tips.

Thanks for your time.

Did you update the motherboards BIOS for the 5600X? (many B550 boards will run a 5000 series cpu straight from the box but many still need to be updated.) Your board needs the 7C84v17 to run the 5600x, luckily your board has the BIOS flash feature so it is much easier to update. If you've never flashed a BIOS before, familiarise yourself by watching a few videos, it's pretty simple but if done incorrectly, you can brick your motherboard.

Ok I'll download it when I can, earlier in the day I was playing and the moment it crashed the CPU light flashed then the other 3 lights flashed simultaneously after then CPU light blinked. Then when booting again the same VGA then BOOT light turned on

EK-AIO 240 D-RGB CPU Cooler, I'll confirm CPU temps later
Also here's the link:https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/53981219
Whenever I turn off my pc the CPU light blinks once
Whenever I turn on pc CPU blinks once, followed by other 3 blinking once then CPU blinks once again
After that VGA blinks once followed by BOOT light blinking once, it's quite weird but I have a video if that helps

Only really started having problems after swapping CPUs so I'm not sure whether it's that or maybe there's a virus on my pc or maybe my PSU has a problem?
