PC freezes, then shuts down

My pc used to reboot, i bought a surge protector to see if the problem would solve but now, my pc randomly freezes, then shuts down, sometimes freezes and never unfreezes and i have to turn it off, and sometimes, but the least times, freezes, then unfreezes

OS: Windows 10 professional
PSU: EVGA - 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply
Case: Rosewill - REDBONE ATX Mid Tower Case
