Not sure if this is the correct category, will move if needed.

My PC freezes when I open some games like The Sims 4 and LoL. The screen freezes and the mouse cursor disappears but I'm still able to hear. When this happened once I waited and Spotify loaded a new song and started playing it without problem. If I'm on a Discord call I still can hear people too.
I'm forced to reboot, and when I do my video drivers are uninstalled and I need to reinstall them.
I tried with a clean Windows install but it still happens.
It's weird because I can play Hunt: Showdown for example, which is a lot more demanding than The Sims.

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
malware scan your system?

CPU: Ryzen 3 3200G (I use the integrated graphics)
Mobo: ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0
RAM: 1x8GB DDR4 Crucial Ballistix 2666MHz
PSU: Cougar SL500 500W

I ran some malware analysis and it found nothing.
One thing I found strange is that when I formated my PC, the background I had before appeared. Maybe that has something to do with malware?
