Question PC freezes up entirely, or certain programs do

Decided to make a custom build for the first time. My past prebuilt had some issues where it'd slow down, but now, despite having much better specs, discord randomly freezes up. Win 11 takes time to load some things sometimes. And Helldivers 2 entirely freezes for several seconds sometimes.

CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 7900
GPU - Nvidia GeForce 4060
RAM - DDR5 32GB
Storage - HDD, one 2TB, the other 1TB
PSU - Corsair RM750x Shift series
Motherboard - Gigabyte Gaming B850 Wifi 6E
System - Win 11

I do have a CPU cooler tower and three fans installed as well. Though, I don't think that draws enough power to warrant the system having a brownout.
Nothing is overheating. The only thing I'd note is the fact that the disk is at 90% or more when in use, but, that's file transfers or similar things.
Where do I even start looking to try and find a solution?

I have a suggestion for you , you realise by now you made a mistake with hdd , get a portable ssd , i have a 2tb sandisk as my other 2 ssd are getting full , put your games clients such as steam or epic onto it and go into client settings and choose add drive. When you next download a game it will ask you which drive you want to put it on. The usb cable is not very long , its just long enough to sit the drive on top of the tower.

Some users say DONT put games on an external ssd but i have not had any problems.
There's no reason why a second drive can't be internal, due to not being the system drive.
However, performing a fresh install of Windows (or cloning) on an SSD would greatly benefit the OP's system performance.

BIOS version for your motherboard?

RAM - DDR5 32GB
Please pass on a link to your ram kit.

Make and model of your CPU cooler? make and model of your case?

Did you install the OS in offline mode? Manually installing all relevant drivers with the latest versions in an elevated event?

Storage - HDD, one 2TB, the other 1TB
You don't have an SSD on your new build?

RAM link (you should be able to get accurate info with just google translate):

CPU cooler: Arctic freezer 36

I had the tech shop I got the parts from install windows, as they do that sort of thing. If I had to guess, it may have been in offline mode.

No SSD. I figured the Western Digital Gold Enterprise class HDD would be fine.

I see. Perhaps I should have gotten an SSD for windows, rather than an HDD.
However, I updated my motherboard drivers and also found out that the newest Nvidia driver causes some rendering issues for Helldivers. According to friend.
