Question PC freezes when doing anything

Hi.

I've been having problems with freezing for almost a year now. The freezes can happen when I'm surfing the web, watching videos, loading up programmes, loading things in-game, clicking literally anything or if I leave the PC doing nothing it will often freeze as well. I either get a beep and it loses signal requiring a hard reset, my pc restarts (although this is rare) or my PC will completely lock up with whatever I was doing frozen on the screen requiring a hard reset also. I've replaced the PSU recently (as I needed an upgrade anyway) and the problem still persists. Also, I've tried swapping out my RX580 with two NVIDIA GPUs (GT710 and 1660) and weirdly enough, the freezes aren't as common and I can surf the web and click without problems but some games will still freeze my setup. My HDD also seems fine and in good condition according to scans so I'm guessing its a RAM, mobo or CPU issue? I haven't tried a memtest yet as my system won't stay on long enough with the 580 to do its thing though i'll try on my backup card.

My specs are:

1x 16GB Ballistix sport DDR4 RAM
ASROCK AB350-M Pro 4 Motherboard
Ryzen 5 2600 CPU
Corsair RM850 PSU
Sapphire Nitro RX580 8GB

As a side note, I can play graphically intense games like Red Dead Redemption 2 for hours at high graphics with zero issues but today I was playing Pro Evolution Soccer 6 and its frozen on two cards I've tried and it's a 2006 game...

Any help will be greatly appreciated as its been cursing me for year lol.

Does this freezing happen if you enter the bios and just let it sit?
