Hello guys! I have a problem with my pc's motherboard lan port. When i plug a ethernet cable it freezes and it wont start up after restarting. It is only from one defined cable . The cable has no problems working with other devices. I tried with switch and other cable and it worked, no freeze and everything is good.I tried reinstalling and a lot of other options. What it can be from? Thanks!

This seems like one of those issues you'll never find the solution for, if its only that cable then it appears to be an issue with that specific cable and not your PC. Or maybe a combo of both.

Seems very very rare.

I'd just buy a new cable and be done with it!

Ok so the thing is that if i start in safe mode and plug it, it doesn't freeze but in only safe mode i dont have acess to internet so it is normal to do not freeze. I tried safe mode with networking and when i put the cable it freezes like normaly. And the thing that i see from the beginning which i think it is the problem is: When the cable is in the computer and i start it the pc freezes on the motherboard logo or it says a disk error ocurred and wont start.

What is the order which the coloured wires inside the head go on each end?

They are proper way like they must be in internet. If they werent the cable would do a problem with other devices. A network techician snaped the cable shoe at the end in a proper order.
