Question PC freezes when installing windows

My pc just froze on the windows 10 logo with no signs of movement. After this incident I decided it was some file that had been corrupted and it would be better to just reinstall. When I tried that it ran ok until it reached the instalation part of windows when it again froze.
I should mention that i have a RGB keyboard and it turned off automatically when the PC froze.
Also my specs, guess that should help:
I5 4570
Msi h81m-p33
4gb ram
Rx 470 4gb
A noname psu
2 hdds of 160gb

No point trying to troubleshoot at this stage while using a rubbish PSU.

So first swap that "noname" PSU for a quality branded one (eg Seasonic, Corsair) then post back with any remaining issues.
