Question Pc freezes when running Aorus Engine or any other tweaking software

Why does my pc freeze when i launch aorus engine after a few seconds,tried with the msi burner also the same problem and sometimes the card is set at 300mhz ,while in gaming it works fine but at 1605 mhz that's not right! Any help would be appreaciated.

Z390 aorus pro gaming wifi
rtx 2070 super gaming oc 3x 8g
T-Force memory at 3200mhz
And a 650watt psu rm650x gold corsair

I have always found the Gigabyte software and all the APP Center crud very buggy. With regards to GPU overclocking MSI Afterburner is extremly good and I personally always use Afterburner.

I tried various tweaking softwares and found the same problem it's just annoying and i want the gpu to work as it normally should.

Have you tried uninstalling the Aorus Engine software and just using MSI afterburner? Check to see if that stabilises and makes a difference.

I literally tried everything it just stays at 1605 mhz
