pc freezes while playing

Hi guys so I bought a new computer and been using it for a month now. I've downloaded and played a couple of games like Starcraft and Heroes of Newerth but when I downloaded and played CS-GO, GTA5 and TF2 the pc suddenly freezes just 5-10 minutes of playing. I need to reset the computer because the keyboard and mouse won't work. These are the specs of my computer. Thank you guys!

Are you using the onboard iGPU? Might check that you have the the latest BIOS and latest drivers from the mobo web site - those that came with the mobo were prob out of date when you got it 😉 If that doesn't help may want to lower the game settings
