PC freezes whilst playing BF4 needing hard reset

Hey everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has any idea how to fix this. It seems to be occurring more frequently now. Tends to happen after i have been playing for at least 30 minutes. Computer just locks up with whatever image is on the screen at the time, alt tab/ctrl-alt-del both wont work.
Dont think its the graphics card as it occurred with both my old card, dont think its temp either.
PC specs
- i7-4770k CPU @ 3.50GHz
- 16gb RAM
- Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
- Gigabyte GTX 1060 6gb
- PSU 1050W

Driver issue or temps. Run HWMonitor to determine the usage and temps of the CPU and GPU. anything higher then 70C needs to be researched.

Install a older GPU driver. And test.

Its not the GPU, i have had both an NVIDIA and an AMD card and i had the same problem with both even with numerous different drivers. Temp maybe the problem, running MSI afterburner to have a look.
