Question PC freezes whilst reformatting ?

hello, good day! i would like to ask for help, my pc will freeze when im reformatting the drive, the keyboard and mouse won't respond. i even try my other working SSD but it still freeze/ auto restart. so, i try switching the ram and ssd on my working desktop and my pc works fine. does it mean that their is a problem with my other pc on its board?
