I'm looking for a solution, after a while my pc will freeze up along with an annoying buzzing sound while playing games such as GTA V, CS GO, etc. Please help me out.

List of things i've tried that didn't fix it:
memtest86: Done (twice, 48/48 all 4 passes on both.)
Reinstall video drivers.
Reinstall usb drivers, sound drivers, everything all necessary drivers for my motherboard multiple times
Only use one audio controller
Virus checks, no viruses everytime.
Check temps (Gpu: 45-68 degrees celcius on demanding things
I don't overclock, so that's not a freezing factor
sfc/ scannow, no errors

I'm not sure what else to do, i'm clueless at this point. Any help is accepted. Thanks.

PC Specs:
i5 6600
ASUS Z170-A
Asus GTX 970
Corsair DDR4 16GB 2133
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Corsair 600m PSU
Sandisk 240gb ssd
WD Blue 1tb
NZXT S340, good airflow along with 2 extra fans i've installed as well.

All drivers are up to date as of 3/15/16

How can I check for sure?

It's not very easy without pro equipment, but downloading HWinfo and looking at voltage readings may give a general idea if those are intact (they can be inaccurate), but there are other things like voltage fluctuation that can cause freezes and can only be measured with an oscilloscope which is very expensive.

Does this look correct?

UPDATE:

Again, I was just playing a game with friends and my PC froze but this time my keyboard went off with it as well. I'm now suspecting that this is actually a PSU issue. Could it be?

hey i turned off audio in hdmi from my graphics card gtx 670 (in invidia control panel) and it solved this conflict for me. I use an optical cable to a stereo anyway.
This problem haunted two seperate systems and this fixed both.
I use optical to receivers anyway so didnt need the audio.
