pc freezes with electric buzzing noise

pc freezes and sound loops the last noise thru speakers had to be hard reset.
does it when doing nothing or gaming random times like it didnt do it 3 days straight but it did 4 times today.
pc componets are:
amd fx 8310
amd rx 480 sapphire
16 gb ram 1600mhz
and a corsair 550w 80 plus bronze psu
ran windows 10 memory disgnostic everything shows ok.
tried switching gpus and still occurs.

ploxay, download and run Seatools on the drive just to discard it been the cause of the problem. As we are on the subject of HDD's, do you have a good backup in place?

The conventional wisdom by tech experts on backups is known as the 3-2-1 method. Basically you want:

3 copies of any data you don't want to lose
2 different mediums it's stored on (so 2 different drives in your computer, for example)
1 copy kept offsite, to prevent against disaster.

unfortunately that doesn't seem to be it as my HDD passed all the tests.

ploxay, good thing the HDD is not the culprit. However, with the issue still present, it is best to continue looking for help. Suggestion would be sound drivers and then take it from there. Best of luck.
