Question Pc freezes

i built a pc a few months ago and I have had this one problem. When I`m doing something on the pc it freezes in some seconds and just comes back later. I dont know what the problem is, but when the pc freezes it says that its using 100% memory. What should i do?

Straight after booting into GUI, is your memory usage at 100%? You might want to check and get back to us with the version of BIOS you're on at the moment.

My bios version is 3803 x64
