PC freezing after cleaning my SSD

Hello, I recently 'disk cleaned' my SSD because I thought it would fix my issue while gaming. I kept losing gigs while playing games but when I closed off the game I got the gigs back. It made my games lag/slow down so I decided to 'disk cleanup' my SSD.

After I disk cleaned up my SSD I'm getting these random pc lag spikes (my windows is installed on my SSD), my mouse stops working but everything else works. I can use my keyboard to move around on the computer. I have to wait like 10 seconds before using my mouse again.

I know it's something to do with lag/pc usage/something dying(I think 😛) because I have a corsair RGB keyboard and normally when I get lag spikes on games the color on my keyboard starts to lag.

I get a lag spike every so often, mouse stops working(PC/Keyboard is still working perfect), I wait until I see the RGB on my keyboard lag/stutter then my mouse starts working again. It's definitely something loading or failing to load or something.

define disk cleaning.
did you open it up with screw drivers and alcohol to rub against the pcb or what?
that's a big no no.
when you say gigs missing while gaming what do you mean? do you mean like 40gb available when not gaming, but maybe 15gb available when gaming on ssd or what do you mean? if that's the case then it was normal because of swap usage probably or even game save file. completely normal. but now that you disk cleaned you killed your ssd. let that be a lesson to you. disk cleaning whether it was ssd or hdd, I mean, how did you even get such an idea in your head, and after you get such an idea, how did you come to the conclusion that is was a good idea that you should do?

I used the disk clean up program that's on every computer. I hardly opened up my SSD and gave it a rub with anything, I'm not that stupid.

"I mean, how did you even get such an idea in your head"
"let that be a lesson to you"
"and after you get such an idea"
" how did you come to the conclusion that is was a good idea that you should do?"

Can I get someone less cheeky to help me, cheers.
