PC freezing after turning on

When I went to get on my PC this morning it turned on and after about 2 min it shut off and when I turned it back on I noticed my hoses didn't do their little jump so I took my loop out plugged it in my other PSU and noticed the pump didn't work. Empited it got the pump working put it all back together and now my PC starts up I can log in but after about 60 sec it freezes up. It's not shutting down like it was when my pump failed and pump is running strong. I'm stumped.. it doesn't seem like its a dead cpu right? It even freezes after about 60 sec in bios also. Any help is greatly appreciated

So, I cleaned the CPUs pins rlly good with alcohol and switched the ram from a1a2 to b1b2 and the PC is starting on now.
