Question pc freezing and crashing due to bad outlets?

i recently sent my buddy my computer to try to figure out why it was crashing, i originally thought it was my gpu or my psu. to make a long story short, he is saying it is because of my outlets and the pc isnt getting enough power it worked perfectly at his house for hours and freezes and shuts down within minutes at mine. thoughts? thank you

hmm, you could check your wall outlet with volt metter if voltage fluctuates (drops) when PC is under load
