Question PC Freezing, and looping sound byte until i have to hard reset the PC.

Hello, So this has only happened two times each time while playing GTA 5 online.

SPECS:
MOBO: Asus Maximus Hero VIII
GPU: Aorus GTX 1080TI
CPU: Intel i5 6600k 3.5ghz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB
Power Supply: 850w Antec

So i will try to go into as much detail as possible here, This started a few days ago when playing GTA 5. My PC suddenly and with no warning froze up, and played what sounds like a sound byte on loop (that BRRRRRRRRRR Sounds). The PC will not do anything until i do a hard reset.
I do not over clock any of my components. And From what I can tell it is not a heating issue as once i reboot my PC i check my CAM software and see that my GPU is at 58c and my CPU is at 60c. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is that after restart? I wouldn't expect the temperatures to be that high on idle. May be worth checking temperatures under load.

Do you have latest drivers installed?
