PC freezing at random when using (during windows and before OS boot)

I swapped my caase today. And now I have issues. My pc seizes all function at random (this happened 3 times today). Twice I was at desktop, and once at the bios enter screen (where you press delete to enter it). My HDD is making sounds where it sounds like it is going up and then down in a gentle manner. I ran a quick test on my WD black and it came up fine. I am running a full test in a bit. These tests are the WD life guard scans. My OS is not installed on this drive. My OS is in a Samsung 840 Evo/.

I am confused, because I never handled the HDD poorly when installing it, and it is half a year old too.

Sounds like your hard drive have some wiring problem....

what you have to do is to clean you cpu , reinstall windows 7 untimate (geniune) by making a pendrive bootable (that will save your money (search the web fot more infirmation ) go to microsoft website make an hotmail account ask to experts for free
and clean your cpu gently.. if u r still suffering the consult local experts
